This Week in Gaming (Week 1)

Welcome to the first week of new games of 2024, although the first week of the year isn't exactly starting with a bang. In fact, there are so few new releases that we couldn't even get one per day, but luckily there were enough new games being released on other days for a full roundup. We got everything from bootleggers to tiny cars and a point and click adventure to keep you busy this coming week.

Bootlegger's Mafia Racing Story / Monday 1 January

The Night is Grey / Friday 5 January

We dont get snow here in tropics(though we have a pleasantly normal winter), also for some reason even some of the usual Himalayan tourist spots seem to have recieved lower than usual rains and snow.

Fresh snowfall in higher reaches of HP; 79% rain deficit in mid-hills

Himachal is currently grappling with a severe rainfall deficit, experiencing 79% less rainfall than normal average from December 1 to 26

Was getting hyped for MicroMachines then died when I clicked on the trailer and found out it was a VR game.

So many fond memories of playing MicroMachines on the Sega Genesis

We dont get snow here in tropics(though we have a pleasantly normal winter), also for some reason even some of the usual Himalayan tourist spots seem to have recieved lower than usual rains and snow.

Ah yes, I forgot who I was replying to. We've had quite a bit of snow in Sweden so far this winter, but it keeps getting warm in between and it melts away, which is annoying. Now it's going to get colder for a couple of weeks, but no more snow...

No precipitation in the mountains is a bad thing, as it'll lead to droughts in summer in other places.
