HP Series 7 Pro Monitor 738pu Brings 24:10 Aspect Ratio and Thunderbolt 4

Agreed. The price is outrageous when you can get the LG 38WR85QC-W, a 144hz 38" for $900-950. The highest this monitor should be priced at is $800. Thunderbolt isn't worth $400.

ZALMAN Rolls Out P50 DS Pillarless-edge Mid-Tower, Supports BTF and Project Zero

Press release pictures look better not showing the ugly fan data stickers, hence all the fans being outtake fans on the press release photos. Typically those side fans are intake.

NVIDIA RTX 5090 "Blackwell" Founders Edition to Implement the "RTX 4090 Ti" Cinderblock Design

Not really much to do. To support cards like this you need to remove them from being supported by the PCB entirely with a Riser, make more cases that flip the motherboard 90 degees to put majority of the support on the case, create ATX-ES(Extra Screw) that requires a dozen screws supporting the...

ASUS Launches Glossy 1440p WOLED Gaming Monitor

Where you hoping for a REVOLUTION of monitor stand technology? Like... what do you want, really? It's a stand. I prefer these typical stands over the awful non-functional stands that Asus was producing. I'm actually confused about people complaining about functional monitor stands. Monitors...

ASUS Launches Glossy 1440p WOLED Gaming Monitor

1 & 2: The stand and the base are the positives for me. In fact, the stand appears to have a Cell-Phone cutout, which I deem as a plus as well. Do you actually like the spindly non-functional stands of the older Asus Monitors? I absolutely hate them, personally and I am more than happy to...

Silverstone Shark Force 120 mm Fan

Speaking of which, it would be nice to see the Arctic P12 reviewed. And $30 for these is a choice. There's not really anything special about these fans that justify that cost. This just blows a lot of air, very loudly, has just a 1-2 year warranty and comes with terrible mounting screws. Fans...

Ducky Announces 8K Ducky One 3 Pro Nazca Line and Zero 6108 Mechanical Keyboards

Agreed, I also want to see Ducky make a functional website. It's terribly incontinent to browse for an actual product you want on a PC interface, and their 'specs' don't include a bunch of actual important information like the body of the keyboard itself. Compare it to Keychron's website, for...

Apple Unveils Stunning New iPad Pro With the World's Most Advanced Display, M4 Chip and Apple Pencil Pro

Really? 'beyond the mental capacity' of us to understand the marketing fluff garbage? I find it interesting that you're backhandedly insulting multiple people on a tech site that specifically focuses on the performance of products. Most of the people on this site are not swayed by marketing...

Apple Unveils Stunning New iPad Pro With the World's Most Advanced Display, M4 Chip and Apple Pencil Pro

Specs and benchmark numbers are the information a well informed consumer needs. Mainstream product launches are aimed at the ill-informed consumer that will simply buy product because 'shiny and new'. This is especially true for consumer-grade products. See most phones for the past ~10 years.

Apple Unveils Stunning New iPad Pro With the World's Most Advanced Display, M4 Chip and Apple Pencil Pro

Oh my friend, an almost 50 minute video on a tablet is not concise, it's marketing fluff. As for the battery life, you could have provided a link or simply said the IPad Pro Spec page states that it has a 10 hour battery life instead of taking a cue from Apple and just typing out a bunch of...

AMD Reports First Quarter 2024 Financial Results

Yep. Partly to do with mindshare, and partly has to do with Nvidia upscaling & RT being superior. AMD needs to improve both to be near-parity to Nvidia for many people to consider AMD GPU products. Right now AMD products have pathetic raytracing performance, around 2 tiers below their Nvidia...

Men of War II Launching on May 15, New Launch Trailer Released

Looking forward to seeing how people like the Single Player campaign. I really liked MoW: Assault Squad 2's campaign, and much preferred it over Company of Heroes.

    Blizzard Cancels Blizzcon 2024

They only have 2 games anyone gets excited about anymore, WoW & Diablo (Overwatch killed itself with the promises 2 broke). Diablo 4 still was still fresh for 2023, but there's a lot less enthusiastic hardcore fans these days, with plenty of quality ARPG's around better suited to those types of...

Unreal Engine 5.4 is Now Available With Improvements to Nanite, AI and Machine Learning, TSR, and More

All Unreal games have issues, they're just more prominent when they release. UE4 games still mostly run poorly, it's just that hardware has increased so much that they now perform 'well enough'. Only company that ever seems to be able to make optimized UE games are Epic themselves.

Noctua Introduces NH-L12Sx77 Low-profile CPU cooler

The NF-A14 doesn't have much lower static pressure than the P14, and most, if not all of the static pressure difference likely comes from the A14 having a lower RPM than the P14(1500 vs 1700). At higher RPM's, for example, NF-A14 industrialPPC-2000, has a static pressure of 4.18 mm at 2000RPM...
